How KAIVADO works, start to finish
No queue, no account manager. Here's the actual sequence, start to finish.
Q1 · What actually happens after I call or text KAIVADO?
You talk with Diego about your business and what needs fixing. The quiz and walkthrough prepare the first conversation. I scope the work and show a working preview; we agree on the terms in writing before the project launches. We test the actual contact and booking paths included in that scope.
Q2 · Where do my leads and bookings end up? Will I have to check five apps?
We choose that destination when we scope the project. It could be your existing inbox, a lead board or a connected calendar. We agree on who responds and test a real request from form to destination before launch. Automatic messages and call handling are separate integrations, not assumed features.
Q3 · What do you need from me to get started?
Your services, service area, hours, contact details and how you quote. Useful materials include photos you have permission to use, your logo and access through an authorized account to the existing domain. We agree on missing content and approvals before setting the schedule. Do not send passwords through a public form.
Q4 · How long does the build take, start to finish?
The schedule depends on the agreed scope, available content, integrations and review rounds. I put milestones and responsibilities in the proposal before work starts. You see a working preview before launch, and we resolve unfinished content and failed checks before calling the site ready.
Q5 · Who actually does the work on my site?
I do. Diego. KAIVADO is me and the system I built. No sales team handing you to a project manager handing you to an offshore contractor: the person you call writes the code and answers when something breaks. The honest limit: I take work I can do well, and if your job needs something I don't do, I say so.
WRITTEN BY DIEGO · KAIVADO
