Help using this website
Effective October 8, 2026
Navigation and motion
The site is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled forms and a reduced-motion setting. Use the skip link to reach the main content. The animated network is decorative and carries no information needed to use the site.
The walkthrough video
The walkthrough video will ship with captions. If you cannot watch it, email founder@kaivado.com and Diego will send the same information another way and help you book a call.
Tell us what gets in the way
If a page or control is difficult to use, email founder@kaivado.com with the page and the problem. Include your browser or assistive technology if useful. Do not include passwords or private links. You can also email your project inquiry directly.
How we test
We test the site across screen sizes, keyboard use and reduced motion. That testing does not guarantee that every page works for every person or amount to a legal certification, so please tell us when something falls short.
