How this website handles your information

Who we are
KAIVADO is the business name of Kaivado LLC, a California company. This notice covers kaivado.com. Questions go to founder@kaivado.com.
What the fit quiz collects
Your answers to the quiz questions (what you want fixed, type of business, timing, who decides, and the up-front and monthly budget ranges you pick), your name and email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, business name and notes. We also record whether you agreed to receive the walkthrough email and, separately, whether you opted into text messages and when.
What the direct contact form collects
Your name and email, and, if you add them, your phone number, your business name and a message about what you need.
What is recorded automatically
When you submit a form, the server records your IP address and browser type. We use them to limit abuse, for example no more than ten quiz submissions from one address per hour. The video link in your email is private to your request. While you watch, the page records which parts of the video have played, how many times you opened it and when you finished, so the booking link can open at the end. If you request or book a call, we store the times you picked.
How we use it
To send the walkthrough video and booking link you asked for, review your request, prepare for a call, and reply to you. The quiz answers decide which video and guides you receive, and produce a priority score that helps Diego decide whom to call first and which plan to bring. If the budget you pick is $1,000 or less, you receive free guides instead of a call offer; you can take the quiz again at any time. A requested time is not a confirmed appointment until you receive a confirmation.
Text messages
Texts are optional and separate from the email you asked for. If you opt in, KAIVADO may text you about your quiz answers and your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of buying anything. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Services that process your information
Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers our email. Upstash stores quiz records, direct contact messages, the anonymous quiz counts and the short-lived counters that limit abuse. When online booking is turned on, Cal.com schedules the call you pick. These providers handle the information only to run these functions for us.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement that counts page views in aggregate. It does not build an advertising profile of you. The quiz also keeps anonymous daily counts of how many visitors see each step, pick each answer and leave at each step, with no name, email, IP address or other identifier attached, so we can see where the quiz is unclear. The site has no advertising trackers or pixels and does not change its behavior based on a Do Not Track signal.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep quiz and contact records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete them. Abuse-limit counters expire within an hour.
Your choices
Email founder@kaivado.com to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop hearing from us. California residents can make these requests too, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Please do not send a password or a private document as proof of identity. Links to other websites follow those websites' own privacy practices.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it on this page with a new effective date.
